  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blackberry jam
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, butter, powdered sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  3. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into a tart pan evenly.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. In a small saucepan, combine blackberry jam, the contents of the tea bags, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Heat until bubbly.
  7. Pour the blackberry mixture into the baked tart crust.
