  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
