1 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Place the pork tenderloin in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the pork tenderloin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
