  • 12 cannelloni tubes
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the beef mixture, then arrange them in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
