Ingredients

  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and slightly golden on top.

Notes
