  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over each pork chop.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Wrap each pork chop with a slice of turkey bacon.
  6. Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
