Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

  • 4 croissants
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces sliced cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each croissant in half.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  4. Add a layer of sliced ham and then a layer of cheese.
  5. Close the croissant and brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some herbs or spices to the mustard.
  • These croissants are best served warm.
