Baked Feta Eggs Recipe

A comforting baked feta eggs recipe that brings warmth and flavor to your brunch table.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the block of feta cheese in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the feta.
  4. Sprinkle dried oregano, salt, and pepper on top of the feta.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until warmed and slightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and crack the eggs directly on top of the feta.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the flavors.
