Baked Egg Boats Recipe

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 ounces turkey bacon
  • 3 ounces chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the centers out of the bread slices to create a boat shape.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon and chicken ham until crispy.
  4. Place the cooked meats in the bread boats.
  5. Crack an egg into each boat.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
