Baked Apples

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples, making sure to leave the bottom intact.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts.
  4. Stuff the mixture into the apples.
  5. Place the apples in a baking dish and dot with butter.
  6. Pour a cup of water into the bottom of the dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender.
  8. Serve warm, drizzled with the pan juices.
