  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  7. Combine macaroni, cheese sauce, and crumbled bacon in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
