A delicious Asparagus & goat’s cheese tart that combines flavors for a delightful dinner option.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 200 grams goat’s cheese
  • 250 grams asparagus
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart tin.
  3. Prick the base with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the goat’s cheese over the partially baked pastry.
  6. Arrange the asparagus on top and pour the egg mixture over.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set and golden.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
