- 200 grams goat’s cheese
- 250 grams asparagus
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart tin.
- Prick the base with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
