Apple Crumble Cheesecake

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, then eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour over the crust.
  4. In a third bowl, mix apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and oats. Spread over the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.

Notes
