  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups diced apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and pour the mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix diced apples with cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, and flour.
  6. Spread the apple mixture on top of the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
