  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons agar-agar powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe pears, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and ground cardamom. Heat over medium until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in agar-agar and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours until set.
